Experimental Bookmaking

I’m in an experimental mood tonight. The images below are of a sculptural book that I made earlier this fall, and they represent a couple of different possible ways that it might be displayed. It’s amazing how different this same sculpture looks when it’s coiled in an orderly, minimal spiral or tumbled in a chaotic, organic pile. I am pleased with both arrangements, and would love to hear which one resonates most with you.
